| 1. How do I use the shopping cart system? |
It's easy. Just go to the page with the
item you want, and click on the "Place in Shopping
Cart" button. If you are ordering different
items and know what you want, you can save time by going to the Quick Shop. When you arrive at the
shopping cart page, your item will be listed!

| 2. How do I change quantities? |
Once you have selected your item and it is in
your cart, just type in the number you want, and then hit Change.
Or, if you are using the Quick Shop, you can select the
quantities there. |

| 3. How do I eliminate an item? |
Just click Remove! |

| 4. When I'm ready to check out, what do I
do? |
Enter any coupon you may
have, in the designated spot. Select the appropriate
shipping address location, and then the revised total will
appear! Next, select the payment option
and "Buy it Now!" button! |

| 5. What is "Online Check Draft"? |
This is a great feature that allows you to
simply have a check written to us immediately! When you
select this option, you will be taken to a secure site, owned by
PayByCheck. There, you will enter your check information
in the areas designated. You have a number of
opportunities to stop, if you change your mind.
After verifying that your name and address information are
correct according to a national database, you complete the
transaction and we receive a check directly form PayByCheck!

| 6. What is PayPal? |
With PayPal, you can
use your credit card or even debit from your checking account!
This secure site has a lot of information that can answer your
questions about its use. You need to sign up to use it
initially, if you want to charge items to Khimaira. Further
instructions will be provided to you if you select this option.

Can I give my credit card by email, fax or telephone? |
Yes! Although PayPal is our preferred method for
credit cards, we can accept charge cards through all these
methods. If you are emailing credit card information,
please do so in two messages, with half the numbers in one
message, and the rest and expiration in another Please
also include your invoice number. Or,
call us with your information. We accept Visa MasterCard,
American Express and Discover Card. |
| 8. Can I mail in my order the old-fashioned
way? |
Absolutely! While the Internet Check and
PayPal offer the fastest way for us to process your order, you
can certainly just print your form, and mail it along with your
check or money order. Select the Check or
Money Order payment option. |
