NOTE FROM KHIMAIRA:   As many of you know, the ADGA staff is currently working hard to update our computer system.  In the near future, we're hoping that ADGA will have  many opportunities for interaction with members via the web.   There are a number of policy decisions that need consideration, as well as the need to complete our current conversion.  As  an interim effort to share our creation and give members a chance to create registration applications "electronically",   we, at Khimaira,   have developed and are offering this version of the ADGA Registration Application.

The final form of this application has been approved by ADGA for use as a "substitute" for the official form.

Currently,  ADGA has no provision for accepting electronic submissions,  but we're hoping that can be resolved soon.    If you are in favor of developing such a means of approval, please let your ADGA Directors know.  With this provision in place (and a few more enhancements), we could easily offer members the opportunity to send this completed form directly to ADGA.

To use this form, you must print out the completed form (which will be automatically created from the data you enter) and fax or mail to ADGA, along with your check or credit card information.   Please see ADGA rules and regulations for any questions about registering your dairy goats.   

This page is a service of Khimaira Farm and is offered here for  use by ADGA members.     You'll note that some of the areas allow for validation, (i.e. you must fill in certain areas before "previewing"), and other areas do not (e.g. you can make errors in data such as  breed descriptions that don't match breeds, and you will not be "stopped").  

We appreciate your feedback and ideas for improvements.  If you have used this form to create a registration, we would like to hear from you, so we will have some idea of how many  registations are actually being created and used.   It's not required, but will help give us important feedback!  If you don't have any registrations to enter just now, you can give it a "test drive" by just entering random information and see the resulting form you have created!

Tips:  When choosing an item from drop-down boxes, you can just click on the arrow and type the first letter of a word, and a matching choice will appear.  For example, under breed, type "A" and Alpine will come up.  Under states, type "M" and you'll have all the "M" choices quickly.  When you try to preview without completing a required field, you will be prompted to complete that item, and the screen will jump to that area.
